Data strategy with Home Group

We have recently been working with Home Group to provide mentoring, support and specialist interventions to assist with the development of their data strategy. The Data Clan team for this project was led by Chris Lees (data specialist) and Dr Clare Murray (organizational psychologist), with support from Dr Rob Wray (change specialist) and Roman Alvarez (data modeller). As well as enlisting our consultative support, Home Group became one of the first organizations to use our Data Management Maturity Assessment tool. The DMMA helped to lay the foundations for the project and will now provide a continued source of planning support, as Home Group continue on their data journey.

We have thoroughly enjoyed working with the Home Group team and were really pleased to receive this excellent feedback from their Information Architect, Kevin Marsden:

“Working with Chris, Clare and the Data Clan team has really helped me navigate the process of establishing a data strategy and begin to build momentum in the change programme required. Data Clan’s expertise and experience has helped us to avoid some common pitfalls and make the case for change clearly with stakeholders. Their tools and frameworks have also saved us lots of time. They have always been supportive, constructive, and insightful and worked as our critical friend and partner.”
