Next Gen NLIS

Next Gen NLIS is a new, independent platform built to transform how authoritative land and property data is accessed and shared across England and Wales. Launching in March 2027, Next Gen NLIS will connect local authorities and other data custodians including the Mining Remediation Authority and HM Land Registry, to search providers through a secure, scalable Trust Framework infrastructure.

Data Clan have been appointed by the Regulator of Official Searches, Land Data, to implement the technical solution and support this platform.
