Hannah is a highly experienced Chartered Residential Management Surveyor with a strong track record in asset and property management across affordable housing, shared ownership, leasehold, BTR/PRS and mixed-use portfolios.
She has acted as principle, agent and advisor on behalf of a range of property owners, including for and not for profit registered providers, institutional investors, resident management companies, developers and family offices. This gives her a broad but also unique perspective on how owners, investors and operators assess and manage their assets.
Hannah’s focus is strategic asset management underpinned by operational excellence, value for money, and data-led decision making. She specialises in building and leading high-performing teams, establishing scalable systems and processes, and delivering practical solutions in complex and fast-moving environments - including start-up and scale-up organisations. Her experience spans acquisitions and disposals, investment planning, sales and lease-up strategy, contract and supplier management, and the implementation of portfolio-wide reporting and governance frameworks.
Most recently, Hannah held the newly created role of Director of Asset Management at Home Group, responsible for a national portfolio of 58,000 homes. She set the vision for the strategy, established a new asset management function, led the transition from passive to active asset management, secured £28m of government funding through the Warm Homes Fund to improve energy efficiency across 3,500 homes, and sponsored the delivery of Awaab’s Law through an integrated case management approach. She also co-chaired the National Housing Federation’s Quality Homes Conference 2024.
