Welcome, Hannah!

We’re excited to announce that Hannah Howard-Jones has joined Data Clan as a Consultant.

Hannah is a highly experienced chartered residential management surveyor with a strong track record in asset and property management across both public and private sectors. Her career spans senior roles including Director of Asset Management at one of the UK’s largest housing associations, where she led strategic asset planning for tens of thousands of homes.

Hannah brings deep expertise in managing complex residential portfolios, developing practical solutions that improve outcomes for organisations and the people they serve. She’s recognised for her strategic insight, collaborative approach, and passion for applying data and best practice to real-world challenges.

At Data Clan, Hannah will be working closely with clients to deliver high-impact consultancy that turns insight into action – supporting smarter decision-making across asset, compliance, and operational priorities.
